Kia ora, e te whānau,
Ngā mihi o te rā.
I had an interesting month with an invite out of the blue to present a paper at a Wetland and Waterfront City Academic Exchange in Hengshui, in Hebei Province, China. The trip gave me the chance to support the Asia Pacific Rim IFLA and Asian Landscape Architects Society initiative. It was a great opportunity to share some New Zealand ideas with landscape architects working in some challenging environments around the world.
The BIM workshops were well attended and were a positive initiative. Thanks to those that put time into organising and attending them. We are looking forward to more bespoke CPD opportunities in the future.
We are currently working on the agenda and preparing for the next Executive meeting in Arrowtown on 2 November.
As always, if you have anything you want to share with me, then please drop me a line,
Mā te wā,
Brad
