Novo Group invites a dynamic Landscape Architect to enhance our Christchurch office.
Our expertise spans planning and development, resource consenting, transport planning, traffic engineering, landscape architecture, and urban design. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects in various landscape sectors, including master planning and design, site analysis, landscape and visual impact assessments, photomontages and 3D modelling.
Our ideal candidate has:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture (BLA or MLA).
• Demonstrable experience in landscape architecture, with a preference for those who have worked in private consultancy in New Zealand
• Experience in a design office (preferably 5+ years experience)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Vectorworks, SketchUp, and Adobe suite, enabling the production of high-quality visual and technical documents.
• A collaborative spirit, with a passion for precision and assisting senior team members and other professionals.
• Self-motivation and independence, coupled with a desire for continual learning and client relationship development.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a personable nature.
• An understanding of 3D Graphics and/or modelling preferred.
• Knowledge of the RMA / planning context for landscape architecture is an advantage.
