Deb Robbins
National Director at KPMG

Deb Robbins is a National Director in the Planning and Design Team, based in Brisbane, with extensive experience across the design and built environment sector.

Her background spans landscape architecture, urban design, sustainability, site planning, design management and feasibility. Working at a national level, Deb helps shape strategy, guide teams and support the delivery of complex projects across a range of contexts and scales.

Deb is particularly interested in how good planning and design can contribute meaningfully to place, balancing environmental responsibility, community outcomes and commercial realities. Her approach is collaborative and strategic, with a strong emphasis on clear communication, sound judgement and building trust with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

She is a member of the B2032 Working Group, contributing as the Tourism, Arts and Environment Lead, and brings this perspective to broader conversations about culture, place-based identity and long-term legacy.

Deb holds a Bachelor of Built Environment in Landscape Architecture and a Graduate Diploma in Landscape Architecture from Queensland University of Technology. She continues to be motivated by projects that create long-term value through thoughtful, well-integrated planning and design.
