EDS Webinar: Better late than never (or is it?): The Select Committee Report on the Natural Environment and Planning Bills

The Environment Select Committee is due to report back on the Natural Environment Bill and Planning Bill on 20 July. These Bills, which will replace the Resource Management Act 1991, represent the most significant overhaul of Aotearoa New Zealand’s environmental legislation in a generation. In this webinar, Dr Greg Severinsen will outline the recommendations of the Select Committee, explore whether EDS’s serious concerns with the legislation have been addressed, and explain what happens next.
